Wie blockiere ich IP-Adressen und schütze Dateien und Ordner mit Apache und .htaccess in Ubuntu?

In diesem Tutorial erstellen wir eine Sperrliste für unsere Website, damit IP-Adressen, von denen wir wissen, dass sie schlecht sind, keine Verbindung zu unserem Server herstellen können. Außerdem schützen wir Dateien, die nicht von anderen Personen online geöffnet werden sollen.
